We stand behind all of our products and programs. While many participants take our ( ALS ) Advanced Learning System programs for personal, or occupational reasons. Others may take them for a court, probation, or other legal requirement. Although our in-house, and ALS Programs are accepted across the United States. *It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the certificate, and class chosen, will be accepted in their specific case. We are only a service provider and do not give legal advice relating to your specific need.
In order for us to issue a refund - written proof from the court that our Enrollment Certificate has been rejected must be received within 30 days from the date your Enrollment Certificate was issued. Provided "written proof" is issued by the court who denied credit for the class, your refund will be issued immediately.
Our Certificate of Enrollment, and Completion, will come on our official form(s) we use for all of the Court, and Probation Departments, we provide services to. We use this documentation for all of our programs, and there is no cost for either of your Certificates.

Choosing any court ordered classes in Anger Management, Domestic Violence Prevention, Substance Abuse, Child Abuse, or Parenting can be difficult; there are many programs to choose from. Please note however; there are many requirements relating to Domestic Violence, Substance Abuse, Anger Management, and Parenting Classes. The consumer may not know the difference between a program that the court may accept, and one they may not. Please verify with your Probation Officer, or the Court, prior to starting any program providing court ordered classes to insure you receive credit for your court ordered classes - regardless of the provider you choose to fulfill your court requirement.
The AVACA Wisdom Institute is a Domestic Violence Prevention provider. Our ( BIP ) "Batterer Intervention Program" is Certified by the SFADP. Over the years we have been a choice resource for many of our nations Court, and Probation Departments.
In addition, our Anger Management, Substance Abuse & Relapse Prevention, Child Abuse, and Parenting programs are also SFADP Approved Programs, and are being utilized by Court, and Probation Departments, across the USA.
If this class is to fulfill legal requirements; please consult the location who has mandated you to attend court ordered classes regarding the acceptability of this distance-learning course before registering. In addition, the AVACA Wisdom Institute will need current contact information of the referring agency, and/or your Attorney, so we may provide Proof of Enrollment, and Progress Reports, as needed.
